Parking available on-site for 6 months.
Shared access to full kitchen, living room, and laundry.
Cleaning service provided for common areas and shared bath.
Room cleaning available upon request (small fee).
Shared supplies include: trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, etc.
Construction Notice:
In ~6 months, construction will begin in the backyard, garage, and left side. When construction begins on-site parking will not be available however there is street parking. Minimal impact expected, with brief daytime noise during working hours (10–15 days).
Ideal Tenant:
Not WFH. Clean, responsible, light cooking, respectful of housemates
